Highlights

-Students explored the Canadian Pacific Railway ‘Museokit’ from the Glenbow Museum. They had the opportunity to sketch and interact with artifacts such as a traditional miners cap, a conductor's hat, handheld lantern, and much more.
-Continuing to practice our multiplication quick facts through solving various word problems. As well as developing our understanding of 2 digit by 1 digit multiplication by exploring different strategies such as distributive property and algorithm.
-Discovered how shadows change throughout the day in relation to the position of the sun.
-Students took pictures around the school and created quotes to represent different ways we can be kind and thoughtful towards each other. This was shared through an imovie at the Sharing Assembly.
